Slayers 2 beginner guide: leveling route, breathing trainers and Final Selection
A level-by-level route for Slayers 2 from Krue's first quest to Final Selection, with breathing trainer locations, costs, skill tree priorities and the demon route.
This guide gives you a clear order of quests for Slayers 2, from your first minutes in Windy Peak to Final Selection, plus where to find the breathing trainers. The game is in early access, so costs and requirements can change between updates. Details below are as of September and October 2026.
Your first steps
Start with Kona's quest, Recover the Lost Pages. The five pages are around the starting village, and handing them in gives you the Book of Guidance, which points you to the main quest givers in order. Before you leave, visit Raze: a Regular Katana costs 500 Wen and a Fancy Katana costs 1,500 Wen. Bought weapons must be equipped by hand.
The Roblox page also notes that mobile and console players can adjust aim assist sensitivity in settings, and mobile players can toggle shift lock and move their buttons in edit mode.
Leveling route from 1 to 60
- Levels 1 to 6: repeat Krue's quest to defeat three bandits.
- Level 7: take Krue's mini boss quest against Zuko. He can drop a cutlass at a 20 percent rate, and the cutlass comes with skills such as Quick Draw, which makes it a popular early weapon.
- Level 13: start Tom's bear cub hunt in Bamboo Grove.
- Level 18: take Tom's Mother Bear quest.
- Levels 26 to 34: farm Chaka's quests, including Kaiden's subordinates, up to the Kaiden boss. If Chaka seems locked, talk to Kazu first and deliver his notes to Noote.
- Levels 40 to 60: find Wagwan below the waterfall near the bear area and repeat his guard quests.
Experience from mobs and quests goes up when more players are on the server, so busy servers level you faster. Open-world PvP is active in farming zones, so stay alert.
Skill tree priorities
You earn 3 skill points per level. Both main guides agree on this order: Wall Climb and Double Jump first, because several trainers and the Final Selection parkour need them, then max health and block points, then stamina, then extra damage. Keep some points back, because clan and breathing skills sit further down the tree. Mastery is tracked separately from your character level.
Breathing trainers
Training opens at level 25. Resources can add up, so check what each trainer asks for before you walk there.
- Flame, Rengu: house by the long red bridge near Mistfall Village. 10 Demon Horns.
- Water, Urokodaki: underwater route near Bamboo Grove. 5,000 Wen and 30 Demon Horns.
- Serpent, Obari: cliff above the starting area. 20 Demon Horns and 5 Beast Cores.
- Wind, Saneri: snowy route from the bear area. 50 Demon Horns.
- Thunder, Zentaro: mountain route near the bear area. Needs Wall Climb.
- Stone, Gyorei: lower path from the bear area. Needs an axe and a mace.
- Sound, Tengai: snowy Icevail Valley area. Needs Wall Climb.
- Insect, Shinora: Butterfly Estate.
Demon Horns drop from demons in the snowy mountains and in the cave under the Mother Bear area. Beast Cores drop from Beast Demons at night near Mistfall Harbor. One guide calls Serpent the cheapest realistic first pick.
Final Selection
The exam opens at level 45, and the guides suggest around level 60 if you play alone. Travel from Mistfall Harbor toward the Butterfly Estate, cross the long bridge south to the Final Selection Plains, then take the northeast path to the gate and speak to The Sisters. You work through several NPC tasks, including collecting fruit for Rem, defeating five Lesser Demons for Vael, a dive for the Submerged Key, a timed parkour dungeon and four checkpoint poles, and finish by defeating the Hand Demon. Afterward you get your rank and the Kasugai Crow for bounty quests.
The demon route
Breathing and Evil Art paths do not overlap, so decide before you spend materials. To become a demon you need a reputation of at least -40, which comes from attacking civilians or defeating Slayer players. Muzan appears at night in places such as the Icevail Valley snow village, so server hopping at night helps. You then collect spider lilies from the waterfall by the bear quest and deliver them as asked.
Quick checklist
- Do Kona's page quest and buy a katana.
- Grab Wall Climb and Double Jump early.
- Farm Demon Horns before visiting a trainer.
- Save the Final Selection for level 45 or higher.
Spins and resets in the shop cost Robux, which is real money, but Ore dropped by bosses and world event chests is a free route.
