Fix My Phone beginner guide: repairs, shop growth, Job Lots and cash bonuses

How Fix My Phone works on Roblox: hand repairs, makeovers, trade-ins, shop growth, Job Lots and keys, cash bonuses from friends and the group, and how to redeem codes.

Fix My Phone! is a Roblox shop game where customers keep breaking their phones and you repair them by hand. This guide explains what the work involves, how the shop grows, where the free cash bonuses come from and how Job Lots and keys fit in. The game is new and the sources are still thin on exact costs and levels, so this guide leaves out numbers it could not confirm. Bloxgamer is an independent fan site and is not affiliated with the game's creators.

How a repair works

You do the repair yourself, step by step, instead of pressing one button. The official description and independent guides agree on the main jobs: unscrew the back of the phone, swap the battery, peel off the smashed glass, fit a new screen and squeeze out every air bubble. A completed repair pays you cash and experience.

A beginner walkthrough on AllThingsHow adds that your first job is your own cracked phone, which doubles as the tutorial, and that real customer orders come after it. Work through that tutorial fully before taking customers, since the same motions repeat in every later repair.

Makeovers, trade-ins and resale

Repairs are not the only way to earn. The official page and Roblox Den both list three extra income routes:

  • Makeovers: spray paint, laser engraving and gems change how a phone looks and sells.
  • Trade-ins: you can haggle with customers over phones they trade in, repair them, then sell them for more than you paid.
  • Refurbishing: a refurb room is part of the shop, so trade-ins are meant to be fixed up and resold rather than kept.

The practical lesson is that a phone you buy cheap and fix well is worth more than a one-off repair fee, so do not ignore trade-in offers once your shop can handle them.

How the shop grows

The official page lists the growth path as more benches, technicians who work for you, a showroom, a makeover studio and a refurb room. Game Rant and Dexerto both describe cash going into new workstations, staff and furniture. In plain terms:

  1. More benches let you repair more phones at once.
  2. Technicians repair for you, so income keeps coming while you do other jobs.
  3. The showroom, makeover studio and refurb room add the makeover and resale routes above.
  4. Furniture is decoration. The page says there are over 100 pieces, so treat it as a later spending goal rather than an early one.

The sources do not publish costs or the exact order the game wants you to follow, so check the prices in your own shop before you commit your cash.

Free cash bonuses

The official page lists three permanent bonuses to cash earned:

  • +10% cash for every friend in your server, up to 4 friends.
  • +20% cash with Roblox Plus, which is a paid subscription.
  • +10% cash for joining the group.

Joining the group and playing with friends are free, and they stack in the way the page describes. A full server of four friends plus the group is the cheapest boost you can get.

Rare phones, Job Lots and keys

The official page says rare phones walk into the shop and that the rarest is 1 in 10,000. It also says you can open Job Lots and keep what you fix as a trophy, and that each week brings a new theme with cases you can only get that week. Dexerto adds that keys open Job Lots, which contain phones with themed, limited-time cases. Because themed cases rotate weekly, a Job Lot opened this week may not be available later.

Codes (as of October 2026)

The official page lists three codes: RELEASE, NOBUBBLES and FIXIT. Dexerto and Game Rant agree on what they give: RELEASE is a 15 minute double cash boost, NOBUBBLES is a Bubble Pop case, and FIXIT is a loot key. To redeem, open the in-game phone, go to the Codes app or tab, enter the code and press redeem. Codes can expire, so if one fails, check the spelling first.

Beginner checklist

  1. Finish the tutorial repair on your own phone.
  2. Bring friends and join the group for the cash bonuses.
  3. Spend early cash on benches and technicians.
  4. Redeem the three codes before they run out.
  5. Check the weekly theme before spending keys, since themed cases only last a week.
