Plants vs Brainrots DPS Calculator
Want to know how strong your plants really are in Plants vs Brainrots? Enter the damage and the seconds between hits that you see for a plant, pick its mutation, and this calculator shows the damage per hit, the DPS and how long it takes to defeat a brainrot with a given amount of health.
The default numbers are only an example. Type the damage and speed you see in the game for your plant.
How to use it
- Enter your plant's base damage and the seconds between hits as shown in the game.
- Pick the plant mutation and add any other multiplier you have, such as a card effect. Set how many identical plants you use.
- Enter the brainrot health to read the total DPS, hits needed and time to kill.
About the numbers
The formulas are simple: damage per hit = base damage x mutation multiplier x other multiplier, DPS = damage per hit / seconds between hits, and time to kill = health / total DPS. The mutation multipliers for plants (Normal x1, Gold x2, Diamond x3, Frozen x4, Neon x5) match the Plants vs Brainrots Fandom wiki Mutations page and the Pocket Tactics mutation guide, both checked on 2026-10-15.
The game does not publish one official table of damage and attack speed for every plant, and community guides disagree on some values, so this tool does not include preset plants. You enter the numbers yourself, which keeps the result honest. Stats and mutations can change with game updates, so always compare with what the game shows.

Frequently asked questions
How is DPS calculated?
DPS is the damage per hit divided by the seconds between hits. A plant that deals 100 damage every 2 seconds has a DPS of 50.
What do plant mutations do?
According to the Plants vs Brainrots wiki and Pocket Tactics, plant mutations multiply plant output: Gold x2, Diamond x3, Frozen x4 and Neon x5. Other mutations exist and some are limited events, so use the other multiplier box for those.
Why are there no preset plants?
Sources do not agree on every plant's damage and none give a confirmed attack speed for each one, so presets could mislead you. Enter the values you see in game instead.
Does the time to kill include travel time?
No. It is health divided by DPS, an average that ignores projectile travel, overkill and enemy movement.
